Question #1What are the major advantages of pre-arranging a funeral?
Answer:Your loved ones will be relieved of a burden at a time of high emotional stress.  You can plan your funeral or that of a loved one incorporating personal wishes and desires.  The funeral will not become a financial burden for your family.  In fact, the funeral home prices paid today are guaranteed not to change.

Question #2What are the costs?  Are they also pre-arranged?
Answer:Yes.  You have the right to decide what you do or do not want.  You establish the price depending you your personal sense as to what is desirable.  The final decision rests with you.

Question #3How do I pay for pre-arranging a funeral?
Answer:You have a choice.  You may pay a lump sum at one time or you may choose a plan in which you pay as little as 10 percent down with the balance paid within 24 months.  There are no finance charges.

Question #4What happens if I die before the funeral is pre-paid?
Answer:The amount paid will be credited toward the pre-arranged funeral selected.  The unpaid balance will come from your heirs or estate.  To be sure, you should specify this stipulation in your will or letter of last intent.

Question #5What happens if I die away from home?
Answer:As soon as we are notified, we arrange for transportation of your remains so that your wishes will be carried out as soon as possible.  Obviously, a variable such as transportation cannot be included in a pre-arrangement and will be billed at cost.

Question #6What if I move out of this area?
Answer:The trust is valid wherever you are; but, if you assume you will be buried elsewhere, you will be provided with the name of a funeral director who will provide a comparable funeral for the value of the trust proceeds- or the trust may be revoked at your discretion and all deposited monies will be returned to you.

Question #7Should I come alone to make pre-arrangements?
Answer:Just as with other important decisions in life, your spouse was most likely deeply involved, therefore, by all means, you and your spouse or closest family member should do this together.

Question #8Will there be any additional charges at the time of the funeral?
Answer:No, unless your heirs request additional services or merchandise.
